Self check in, excellent rates. Well maintained landscape, exceptionally clean restrooms and showers, friendly and concerned owner managers. Fire pits and sturdy tables at all sites. Handy next door gas station and convenience foods, no grocery store nearby.
Very beautiful park like setting with old Cedars, grassy areas, and two restroom/shower buildings. Close to gas, shopping, fast foods, attractions. Permanently closing end of August, 2008.
Very poorly kept. Open field type RV Park that looks like a junkyard, due to the many stored RV's, vehicles, and equipment all around the perimeter, as well as plenty of just plain junk and abandoned vehicles. Very strict about rules, but lax about cleanliness. Wi-Fi access only at office, for a daily fee.
Daily fee per pet, large dogs discouraged, some breeds banned. Cable TV only available in full service sites (37), 7-8 of these are taken up by the Lions members who man the campground, most of the rest by seasonal campers. Well maintained, secure, great area for children, with playground and shallow river.
Wi-Fi available for a fee, but unreliable and often not working. Gated access, small lake (pond) frontage. Very close to highway and freeway, lots of traffic noise 24 hours. Close to shopping, gas, and an easy drive to Edmonton.
While the Mobile Home part of the Park was acceptably maintained, the RV section was grubby, had excess noise and partying by apparent seasonal users, with approval of management. Showers were not secure (no locking doors, both mens and womans showers accessible to anyone walking in through the laundry room). Management relied on users to do all the cleaning, therefore they were filthy. However, close access to Winnipeg, shopping and fast food.
Easy Access off freeway, close to gas, food, shopping, groceries. Exceptionally clean and well maintained. Friendly managers, free coffee and cookies, open lobby area.
